Business Case:
- One of the most prominent K-12 school districts in Missouri uses Frontline for absence management.
- Manual entry was used to move data from Alio to Frontline. This swivel chair process was cumbersome, error prone, and lengthy.
Challenges:
There are no existing APIs or Web Services enabled or standardized for the applications involved.
The absence system had limited integration points.
The budget was tight.
Reusability and best practices was a must.
The solution must be a base for integrating other systems.

- OTSI Designed and built a comprehensive solution to integrate multiple systems using the same framework:
- Unified data sources using Azure Data Factory as a “Central Hub”.
- Stage data using Azure Storage Accounts.
- Pull data once per day using standard SQL statements.
- Place file as required for ingestion into the system.
