Chandra Talluri is the Chief Executive Officer of OTSI and is responsible for accelerating growth and driving customer business outcomes, and building new markets for OTSI.
He holds a master’s degree in business consulting from Hochschule Furtwangen University, Germany.
He joined OTSI in 2010 as Director of ERP & BI Solutions and swiftly moved up the ladder with his exceptional business acumen.
Chandra brings over fifteen years of information technology and strategic leadership experience in working with clients from the US, Europe, APAC, and MENA.
Under his leadership, OTSI has ventured into new territories and forayed into offering new services and practice capabilities. In his tenure, OTSI has grown from a 30 to 1000+ employee workforce.
Chandra believes in making ideas happen and has in-depth exposure to working with clients and building strategic partnerships.
Chandra has a strong track record of high impact to complex, large-scale global businesses, especially about moving the needle on organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
Ms. Lois Stark, is the Advisor for OTSI Energy & Utilities IT Services Practice. Lois also holds strong experience in internal customer relationship management, coordination of efforts across multiple business and IT departments, vendor management, and budget planning were also key areas of responsibility.
Her latest stint over the past 7 years included IT Leadership over the pre-planning and implementation of 2 large successful CIS programs working closely with project leadership, system integrators and various external vendors.
Her other responsibilities were comprised of IT support for Customer Information System (CIS) including the Online and Batch billing applications, multiple interfaces including Meter Reading, Cash, IVR, Bill Printing, Web self-service, Marketing, CRM and Mobile applications. She was involved in standing up a new CIS system before Year 2k as an IT leader over CIS billing, billprint, and various interfaces.
Lois has been on the CS Week Utility conference planning committee for the past 11 years. She has assisted in recruiting speakers and planning workshops for these conferences and gained valuable networking with other Utilities and Vendors.
She ensured compliance with industry and corporate standards, alignment with corporate goals, and responsibility for the performance, reliability, and security of Customer Information & Billing applications and interfaces.
Brian Barrett is Senior Vice President- Global Marketing & Pre-Sales. As SVP Marketing & Pre-Sales, Brian oversees global marketing/brand strategy and execution, pre-sales operations, technical support, and technology partnerships.
Brian has 30 years of marketing & sales strategy, operations, and technology solutions delivery experience and has operated as a solutions provider and client sponsor.
Brian, a results-driven sales & marketing executive, brings diverse experience in business strategy, brand & channel marketing program operations, product development and management, sales, and partnership development. He brings a vast portfolio of client solution experience in business intelligence, data analytics, data warehousing, and martech / sales tech automation for our clients. Brian excels at partnering to solve complex business challenges through people, processes, and technology.
Brian holds Baylor University (BBA) and Rockhurst University (MBA) business degrees.
Shashi brings vast experience in building solutions for global customers and has led onshore/offshore delivery teams through product life cycle build & release.
He joined OTSI in 2013 and is based out of our global delivery center in India, providing vision and oversight, architecting solution (s) real-timeline customer challenges in Telecom Vertical, managing Global Delivery for all Customer engagements.
Shashi has 18 years of experience in the Information Technology & Telecom/Wireless Industry-leading nationwide projects for several major US Telecom Service Providers before joining OTSI.
Shashi believes in shared culture, and collaborative work motivates the team to think and do better every time to produce the best outcomes. His unique blend of technology and management specialization helped a broad spectrum of clients to achieve faster growth in the global arena.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and computer science.
Robin Moore is Advisor – Client Engagement. She has a wealth of 40 years+ years of experience in IT, and she has been working to strengthen OTSI over the last six years. She is presently pursuing collaborations in partnership with Evergy along with other utilities.
An industry veteran with extensive and rich IT experience, Robin began her career with the US government as an application developer and then rose through the ranks to achieve top management. Her work includes telecommunications, Utilities, Government and Oil refineries.
As an IT leader, she has extensive knowledge in handling highly skilled IT professionals and providing guidance to customers on managing different security compliance initiatives, building processes and procedures to enhance an organization’s ability to develop and maintain corporate systems, focusing on improving efficiencies.
Having been awarded Phi Theta Kappa, she has also been credited with successfully completing and deploying multiple major projects at Energy to consolidate systems to a single Customer Care and Billing Platform.
Mike Gochis is a VP of Client Partner and Alliances. He is responsible for sales and alliances, customer satisfaction, and executing partnerships across the Americas. Mike has a wealth of experience in business strategy, leadership, operations, and personnel development.
Mike has more than 30 years of experience in leadership, sales strategies, sales, operational, technological, partnership/alliance strategy, and execution expertise and has focused his efforts on providing solutions for technical problems that can drive business outcomes. He specializes in strategic technology planning analysis of data, warehouse AI/ML cloud computing, automation of business processes, and training.
Our clients benefit from his expertise. He offers an analytical perspective on using technology to help drive business outcomes that are in line with the corporate strategy. Mike solves business challenges through collaboration and leveraging the capabilities of technology and service partners while focusing on people, processes, and technology.
Mike has an Aerospace Engineering degree from the United States Naval Academy (USNA) and an MBA from the University of Kansas. Mike is also a retired Naval Officer.
Krishna Pal is a Vice President – Accounts & Finance and is responsible for planning and coordinating the accounting and financial activities of the organization.
He joined OTSI in 2006 as Sr. Manager – Accounts & HR. He is an experienced auditor and oversees financial statements, sales and activity reports.
He excels in data measure productivity and goal achievement and determining cost reduction and program improvement areas.
He has achieved top management over the years and has acquired exceptional skills in Accounting, Banking, Insurance, and other financial activities.
Aejay Conte is a Director for Sales and Business Development and focuses on serving OTSI’sOTSI’s West Coast clients. Aejay holds more than twenty years years experience across the Asia Pacific and North America, creating software, managing IT teams, and working with clients to help them reach their goals in business. Aejay’sAejay’s ability to draw on both an IT solution expertise and IT sales experience has enabled her to be effective in her career, allowing her to understand clients IT problems from a practical standpoint.

Laith Thota is a Sr. Director – Sales & Business Development and has been strengthening OTSI in 2020 and is responsible for building strategic relationships across existing and new clients to add core value to the capabilities being offered.
He oversees sales and Delivery for our Service lines, including working with Current and Prospective clients on Solutions, POCs, implementations, Upgrades, Development, and Support efforts. Building of Proposals, SOWs & Responding to RFPs.
He is a seasoned sales, marketing, business development, and operations professional with over 20 years of experience. He has a proven track record of having a significant impact and influence with C-suite executives, proactively assisting businesses in staying relevant in an ever-changing business world.
Jolynne Gift is OTSI’s St. Louis-based major account executive with 7+ years in the technology industry. She has a track record of producing strategic solutions through her strength in building long term relationships and has built an extensive network by understanding the complexity and uniqueness of her client’s environment and needs.
Jolynne is passionate about developing strategic solutions and fostering collaborative and communication techniques in sales and customer service. She creates sustainable business partnerships that ensure trust with her clients. This is done through the process of rapidly identifying key concerns surrounding a diversity of emerging issues, proposing effective solutions to help her clients achieve their business goals.
John Pigman is Director of Sales & Business Development and is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Presentation, Recruiting, Demos.
With a rich experience of 16 years, he joined OTSI in 2021 as the Director who manages Client Sales & Lead Generation.
Presidents Club has honored John Pigman with prizes in 2012 and 2013.
John is an IT Sales Professional located in St. Louis, MO. He enjoys spending most of his time with family and friends in his downtime, and he also often travels to remote destinations and golfs whenever possible.
Cruz Zarate is the Microsoft Practice Head for Americas & IT Delivery at OTSI. He interacts and ensures quality and delivery from the USA/COSTA RICA. He has been working with Microsoft Technologies and solutions for over ten years. His expertise in Microsoft Technologies includes Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, NET, and others.
With a solid background in technology, Cruz covers roles such as architect, project manager, senior developer, among others, to keep his skills up to date and polished. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.
Cruz is passionate about customer front-facing, creating quality solutions, and long-lasting customer relationships.
Shashank Shandilya is the Vice President of Business Solutions and Service Delivery and is responsible for developing and managing the company’s overall service delivery strategy and operations.
He joined OTSI in 2016 as director of technology. He has provided leadership and strategic guidance during the various phases of the development and commercialization process for new products and ensured successful implementation rollout and ongoing service delivery and growth.
He has worked in several positions ranging from developer to vice president during his 15-year career. He is certified in several areas of technology.
He is passionate about using innovative technological solutions to solve high-impact situations.
Deepika Masaie is a Sr. Director – Talent Acquisition & Process Management and is responsible for handling cross-functional Teams such as recruitment and Business Development Departments and creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence to customers.
She has a Master’s degree in business administration and joined OTSI in 2012. Since then, she has held multiple positions at OTSI, beginning as a research analyst, and has helped grow the organization on various fronts. She has developed expertise in building procedures and driving organizational strategy.
Guy Arnone is a Sr. Director – Of Sales and Business Development and is based out of OTSI, Overland Park, KS. Guy is a results-driven sales & operations executive who brings diverse experience in sales, partnership development, and operations.
He has over 25 years of expertise in the sector, has worked as a Director of Sales and Operations for other companies, and served as a consultant. He brings experience in delivering projects and solutions across multiple industries, including Telecommunications, Transportation Financial Services, and E-Commerce Distribution. He held positions with Genesis10, Ernst & Young, and Cap Gemini, among other companies.
He possesses business degrees from Rockhurst University (BSBA) and Baker University (MBA). He enjoys watching sports and spending time with his family (Baseball, football, and soccer).
Julia Winterboer is an HR Specialist and is responsible for Human Resource Operations.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and has over eight years of client service experience.
In her career, she has held several different positions like Executive Assistant, Administrative Client Coordinator, and Human capital specialist. They’re all connected by the same goal: to deliver the greatest possible customer service and assistance to their clients.

Bernie Goulet is Director Sales & Business Development in the Chicago area. An experienced technology sales professional, Bernie has led sales teams for Microsoft, Global Crossing, and others. He always enjoyed collaborating with my teammates, and his greatest successes were always a team effort.
He has split the majority of his life between Los Angeles and Chicago and follows all the sports teams accordingly.
His hobbies include hiking the desert mountains of the Southwest, Biking in the Midwest and Kayaking anywhere he can.
Navin Rao is the Senior Vice President – Client Partner & Commercial Sales, APAC & MENA. His expertise lies in Technology Consulting, BPR, Enterprise Solutions, and Customer Management.
He joined OTSI in 2014 as Vice President &Client Partner and who manages to Customer Acquisition & Retention, Solutioning, Risk Mitigation, Coordination & Delivery and Customer Satisfaction.
Navin has over 24 years of rich experience in the software development of changing environments and technologies.
He has participated in many successful start-ups and enterprise large-scale projects as a key player, expert strategist and, innovator.
His key responsibilities included engaging with Key Accounts, synchronizing delivery in line with customers business, growing business in all accounts, establishing and expanding footprint in regions of operations.
Over the years, he has acquired unique skills including re-evangelizing the organization through strategic partnerships, capability deliverance and creating a customer focused culture.
Kiran is SVP sales, in Govt and the public sector for APAC region. He develops and drives the overall sales strategy in the segment. With over 14 years of extensive experience in the public sector, Kiran is sought after for his knowledge and expertise in understanding the pulse of this sector.
Prior to joining OTSI Kiran has worked with companies like Marvel ERP Solutions and Softline Software Services as a senior sales consultant. He is certified in SAS Sales Competency Program and has done his master’s in business administration.
Alberto Abad is Operations Manager Latin America Region and oversees the entire nearshore operation by delivering the global strategy to the local office and ensuring the achievement of financial and operational objectives. With over 8 years of experience working with global companies, he joined OTSI in 2022.
Alberto is a Business Administration professional and has done his master’s degree in Foreign Trade Management. His experience includes working at a “Big Four” consultancy and audit company, rendering services to various multinational companies, he has also worked in the financial and logistics industries.
Pradeep Boiri is a Sr. Director – Human Resources of APAC & MENA region at OTSI. In this role, he guides the HR Delivery and Strategic Teams at OTSI to strengthen people practices for effective hiring, developing, engaging and retaining good talent.
He also partners with Sales, Delivery, Practice Leadership and Senior Management on present and future talent practices. Pradeep has over 20 years of experience in the HR function, and he has been part of leadership teams in companies like OSI, IIC, and Verizon.
He is a seasoned professional in strengthening business-aligned HR Systems, driving strategic organizational initiatives and building great teams & leaders.
