Business Case:
- One of the most prominent K-12 school districts in Missouri uses Alio for benefits and payroll.
- Manual entry and processes were used to terminate and correctly reconcile benefits, final pay, etc. This process was cumbersome, error prone, and lengthy.
- A manual method was used to trigger account deactivation as well.
Challenges:
There are no existing APIs or Web Services enabled or standardized for the applications involved.
The ERP system had limited integration points.
The budget was tight.
Reusability and best practices was a must.
The solution must be a base for integrating other systems.

- OTSI Designed and built a comprehensive solution to integrate multiple systems using the same framework. Once a termination date is set:
- Email employee with terms
- End dates benefits
- Reconciles final contract payout
- End dates leaves
- End dates direct deposit
- Sets termination status
- Set de-activation in active Directory, removing access
