Business Problem
Our client needed a consolidated patient data management portal and intake solution that integrates with multiple third party services, manages user-specific requirements, and performs automated reconciliation if matching patient documentation exists. Greater simplification was needed to connect patient-clinical filler systems and quickly match up patient information across repositories minimizing exception management situations.
Solution / Project Engagement
- Developed a bot that Automate entire process using A360.
- We gather information from patients through interactive forms.
- We automate the process of verifying the patient details with existing patients data and classify into new patient or existing patient.
- If the patient is already consulted within the 15 days ,then patient can directly consult to the Doctor. Otherwise consider as new patient and needs to fill in the new patient form.
- Based on the symptoms/severity levels in the form ,bot suggests through Email to take the preliminary tests or to consult the Doctor.
- Maintain better code standards for easy understanding.
