Customer’s existing applications require lot of human intervention to key in data from the forms having large number fields and data entry is time consuming and leading to human errors or causing data quality issues. Looking for a solution that can minimize the human data entry there by improve speed of data gathering while ensuring data quality.
Challenges:
- Forms submitted by customers are having large number data items and data entry is cumbersome and error prone.
- Existing systems does not support OCR/form upload features and automation of data extraction and loading.
- Updating existing systems as per the modifications is time consuming and becoming obstacle for modernization
- Unable to integrate data enrichment services due to rigid architecture of the existing system
