Business Case:
- One of the most prominent K-12 school districts in Missouri uses TalentED for hiring and Alio for Accounting.
- Manual entry was used to move data from TalentED to Alio. This swivel chair process was cumbersome, error prone, and lengthy.
Challenges:
There are no existing APIs or Web Services enabled or standardized for the applications involved.
The ERP system had limited integration points.
The budget was tight.
Reusability and best practices was a must.
The solution must be a base for integrating other systems.

- OTSI Designed and built a comprehensive solution to integrate multiple systems using the same framework:
- Unified data sources using Azure Data Factory as a “Central Hub”.
- Stage data using Azure Storage Accounts.
- Consume data from CSV Exports.
- Review data for changes.
- Ensuring data validation during the ETL process.
- Scheduling a Trigger to perform daily Updates.
- Upsert as needed
